Process
Pet insurance decks default to data-heavy, jargon-heavy layouts that feel clinical instead of compelling. Before opening Figma, I mapped the competitive landscape — Petisure, FurGuard, Vetly — and found the white space none of them were occupying. Every competitor looked like a financial product. Pawvera needed to look like a family one. The narrative was restructured around the emotional truth first — families facing skyrocketing vet bills with no safety net — before a single number appeared. Warm visuals and clean infographics transformed complex insurance data into a story investors could feel before they analyzed it.
